The needs and drive for Effectiveness and better still, Efficiency in all forms of Organisations, is imperative. Organisational goals and objectives are generally achieved in their Results and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Some of the key considerations therefore for Organisations is the consideration of whether an initiative / activity was worth doing, and how economically things were done. Organisations and businesses therefore expend a huge amount of effort to achieve the maximum possible outcome / results, using the minimum possible input. This course sets out to equip leaders / managers in these regard.
