Strategic Assessment and Evaluation of Current and Future Strategies are said to be critical to Organisational life. Predicting future trends and adopting the right tactics, assigning the needed resources identifying the challenges to be posed in taking full advantage of these future opportunities is something Organisations must be versed at doing.
